The bottom line is that we want our customers to be so happy with their purchases from Element Climbing, we'll do whatever we can to honor any reasonable request related to issues with our products. If one of your holds breaks due to manufacturing defect, we'll replace it. We rely on happy customers and word-of-mouth advertising. Rest assured that your purchases with Element Climbing are backed by the most comprehensive guarantee in the industry.

What If One Of My Holds Fail?

Our holds come with an unconditional guarantee against breakage due to manufacturing defects. If one of our holds breaks, just send it back to us along with proof of purchase (e.g. your name / order number or a copy of your invoice). We recommend that you use a traceable and insured delivery service for the return. We can not be responsible for damaged or lost packages. Upon receipt, we'll send you a new one. The replacement hold will either be the same (provided we still stock it) or upgraded at no additional charge.

Can I Return My Holds?

We're more than happy to provide refunds on unused holds within 30 days of your initial purchase. There will be a 20% restocking fee.

Just return them to us in unused, re-sellable condition (including any original packaging). Returns cannot be accepted if the holds are used or damaged in any way. You must include a copy of the sales receipt and a written explanation for the return or exchange. We recommend that you use a traceable and insured delivery service for the return. We can not be responsible for damaged or lost packages.
